hobbes_the_cat
I need a T/O bearing sleeve for my 510 with a dogleg 5speed. I just ordered a 1977 200sx unit and it is 1/4" too long, I don't want to use the old one because it has broken chunks and fractures. the one i need is 1 3/4" long. don't need the bearing to be good, mainly need the sleeve. here is a pic Link to comment
bananahamuck
13/4 from where to where??I have this one that`s brand new that i thought was for a 77 dogleg but my memory is pretty foggy ...I just slid this on a 4speed 620 trans and it was way to big for shaft .. is dogleg bigger?? hobbes_the_cat
I think the bore needs to be 1.303. the 1 3/4" is from the bearing race edge to the trans side. If you look at your pic measure from your thumb to pinkey. Link to comment
datzenmike
Generally the larger diameter the pressure plate the shorter the release housing. Ignore the labeling of these collars above, it's just for example. The distance that is important is the one marked 29(mm) on the one on the far left. This is the distance from the clutch fork contact to the actual bearing. It's possible there are collars the same length but with these distances different. . Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
read the other thread 510s and 200sx both are 200mm but the pressure plates are different heights Link to comment

Laecaon
All I know, Is that I am running a 510 clutch, pressure plate and 4speed throwout sleeve. It all works well together. Maybe you need the 200sx pressure plate and clutch disc with the 200sx throwout sleeve. Link to comment

It looks to be similar to the one for the 200sx. I just found a timken on eBay that had all its dimensions listed and it looks like it will work. So untill further notice I won't be needing another one. Link to comment
