bilzbobaggins
Dont see why you would have to take the bed off. I havent looked at my 620 tank, but if its like the 521, just undo the hose clamps on the filler neck. If they are rusted like mine were( orig wire style), just break em and replace them. Hope this helps Jeff Quote Link to comment
1lo620
you can take it off all at once, just disconnect all the fuel lines and wires...then grab a few people and lift it off.... Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Fuel line to and return line have to come off. Plug the tank hoses so it does not start siphoning out. Disconnect the electrical sender wires and unbolt and lift off. Should be able to leave the filler hose and such on. Quote Link to comment
pharouh
What they said. The tank doesn't have to come off. The bed bolts are (can be) a pita. spray them with liquid wrench or something like that several days before. I used a chuck of steel about 1/2"x 1"x 4" to block the bed bolts to keep them from turning. They tend to bend up at the top. Quote Link to comment
