But the heat? Look under the driver side of the heater box and find the valve. Sometimes they dont open all the way with the wire controls.

Try using your hand to fully open the valve. you might get soem heat out of it then. Or might leak.

I always leave the valve open but route the heat flap closed to prevent wear on the valve.

that was the problem with it and did what u said and just left it open.

Ill be honest here, those back tires look ass retarded..

haha you should see peoples faces when they see it goin down the road, i get asked what time i run at the strip by all the rednecks around here lol.

i have the matching wheels for the rear in the shop but im running these for now for shits and giggles, longchamps would be nice tho.

today while getting the 510 ready for the ka my add kicked in and i decided to mess around with the steering column from the 240sx. with a little work it fits right in, so now i have a tilt column and all the 240 controls. soon the whole 240 dash will be in the car as well as all the wiring harness

this is tilted almost all the way up but the ignition switch hits the guage bezel.

this is tilted all the way down

to get it to bolt up to the original 510 dash a plate would have to be made, only one bolt hole would line up with the original mount location.

and this is it connected to the steering box.

been working on the wagon for the past few days and got the intake manifold cleaned up and some new hoses on it now waiting on gasket and seal kit to get here. Also cut 240sx dash to fit, and finished cleaning up the 240 harness to go in wagon.

scored a free a/c unit from a buddy he had it sitting in his shed for awhile, so it was hella dirty when i got it but cant complain for free.  took it apart and cleaned it real good made it look as new as possible while i was at it.  i dont have any before pics but heres after cleaning and reassembly.

he gave me a spare hatch aswell, im prob gonna paint weird stuff on it and stick it on the car.  he also has a 510 tach that im going to get from him later.

oh and what is this hole for next to the fuse box?

Ive been wondering what the hole was for since I got the car, there was nothing going into it and it wasn't plugged.  I went and looked at 2 510's in a junkyard and neither of those had it either.   It doesn't look like someone drilled it out, its the same size as the hole the harness would normally go thru and there's no rough edges on it.
