I believe the bolts are nothing special, no funny heads or anything. You can get replacement bolts at any auto parts store, as it has been said, they are SAE. That means that the bolt dimensions are all in inches. Diameter of the bolt, head size, and thread pitch. Commonly, bolts are usually fine thread, and coarse thread. SAE means the bolts are fine thread for their diameter.

If penetrating oil will not work, one solution is to break the bolts. This is where you need some good sockets, possibly impact sockets. 1/2 inch drive stuff.

If you need to buy some tools, sockets and wrenches, try to buy six point sockets, they will fit the bolt head better.

The bolt head may be rusted, and a good tight fitting six point socket will not fit, until you clean the rust off it. Clean the rust off the bolt head first.

Sometimes you can use heat to loosen rusted bolts, but not here. There is some rubber mounts that will be destroyed if you heat the bolt up. The rubber mount will be hard to replace, the bolt is not.

Home depot sells some small wire wheels that will go in an electric drill. You can use the wire wheels to clean the threads that you can reach on a stuck bolt. This will allow the penetrating oil to work into the bolt easier. If the nut starts to turn on the bolt, spray more penetrating oil on it, and work it back and forth. That will also help the oil to work into the bolt.
