Do you get 12volt at the starter wire that plug into the selinoid??????

If yes then swap the starter.

IF NO go back to the key switch, fuse box area amd clean some connections.

I never tried this but remove the 12volt starter wire from the selinoid and make a new one and plug into the starter and touch the + side of batt and see if the starter KICKS IN. If yes then its in the switch or connections

i was thinking it was the starter at first. i was having problems with the starter to begin with, some times the solenoid would kick, sometimes not. even jumping it with pliers on the starter. I've replaced the stater, replaced the ignition switch and my dumb ass still hasn't gotten a volt meter yet. so I'm thinking its a bad connection in the wiring somewhere in between.
