Feel free to ask me questions about the wiring on the truck. the wiring harnas is hacked splices all over the place a half ass attempt to rewire the fuse block to a modern fuse block i bought a stock fuse block and i need a wiring diagram but i would prefer a wiring harnas to ease my frustration all the help i can get would be great i need to know how to wire up my coil and ballast resistor how to rewire my fuse block correctly what color wires go where . does the 521 harnass have any simalarities to a 510 harnas thanks Link to comment
DanielC Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 I have not had a 510, so I cannot tell you what all the differences are. I have heard rumors that a 510 switched the headlights on the ground side, but I do not know for sure. The 521 switched the headlights on the power side of the lamps. The stock 521 has only 6 fuses, I believe a 510 has eight. The charging system would be very close on the two vehicles, but the rest of the system would have differences.
