ggzilla
Just go down to NAPA and buy anotehr light and snap it in the hole. Easier than pulling the lens off. Quote Link to comment
I'm BLUE
So how the heck do you open this thing up to get to the bulb? You don't open it up !!! Body is the ground. Solder in power wire. Stick it in a hOle larger enough for it to fit (drill or cut) in your bumper. You're done. They last around 3-6 years fOr me ... LInfer if you help seal them Good luck Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Non-replaceable bulb? Seems like a bad idea. Quote Link to comment
I'm BLUE
Yup non-replaceable at $4--$6 a pop. They are pretty bright although. Quote Link to comment
80daterpillar
Those bulbs are replaceable usually, the are just really f%^&cking on there! I have one as a dash light in my jeep. I'll go whip it out and send you a picture of it... bahahaha! Quote Link to comment
80daterpillar
I love these bulbs for the light they put out, they are pretty bright inside for dash lighting though! If any of you go this route hopefully you have a hole saw! I had to drill mine to like 3/4" and file the rest of the way ~1 1/8", it was a bitch! Quote Link to comment
I'm BLUE
Lol ... I never tried prying the suckers open lol. It would be an awesome dash light lol Quote Link to comment
