mcdatsun
I'm reading through the valve adjustment section inn my newly acquired, and already much loved, "How to keep your Datsun alive" and it makes no mention of replacing the valve cover gasket. Should I replace it? Should I inspect it first? I kind of assumed I would just replace it, but the book is so thorough and doesn't mention it. Just wondering. Quote Link to comment
moparvwfreak
just replace it. its cheap and easy to deal with. Quote Link to comment
Skib
you dont need to replace it every time. is it still soft and plyable? then its prob still good. if its hard grab a new one, like mopar said, there cheap. Quote Link to comment
AtomChurch
I replace it when it leaks. Make sure you get a cork one though. Quote Link to comment
