I started with some pictures in the stories section. Since I now have the car, I'll start posting my progress in getting it in shape to be a reliable "stock" driver. Perhaps mods, once I've got everything working reliably.

The original owner was a 510 club member

The car is from California, and driven to SC by the owner. I've got the original window sticker, owners manual, warranty book, sales literature, AC manual, and consumer info sheet.

I love this shot of the white 4 door

I'll scan the sales brochure and post better pictures if someone wants it

I'll clean it up this weekend and post it all shined up!

I'm so happy I have documentation and history on the car! I love reading old sales literature and manuals.

I was looking for a 510 since I sold my 1st one 10 years ago. Not many unmolested examples in the Southeast, I was fortunate to have found it.

Wow man, all the original documentation to go along with it! Very impressive find. Every penny well spent. Give her a good wash and inspection before you do too much. Almost too good to be true.

I'd definitely be interested in some scans for sure. The old documentation is the coolest stuff to read through.

Great to meet you today. Get that trans into the car and start enjoying it.

Keep the updates coming.

David

Thanks David, hope we can get together again in the future.

Today, I replaced the battery, installed new battery cables, washed it and replaced the headlight relay. I know it is unbelievable, but the AC blows cold.

Next major task, replace the trans and get it out on the road.
