Hard line # 46410 B5201 under $20 or make your own for about $5. Measure the distance, being generous. Take the master to an auto parts store and select a pre-made brake line with the proper metric thread ends. Use a can of peas to bend the line around.

Flex line: #46201 89912 270mm or 10.6" long, about $20... why use a used one?

Auto to manual

Pedals, master cylinder, hardlines, slave cylinder, rubber line, clutch, pressure place, throw out collar, pilot bearing, transmission, maybe a different driveline depending on length. You will also need a flywheel. Clutch must match the size of the flywheel. trucks generally used 225mm and cars used 200mm.

Good luck
