hitch
That is why I had hope that someone would add to the story. That bail could weigh between 1500 & 2000 pounds, the guy who snapped the picture said it was really "hauling hay" doing about 60mph! Quote Link to comment
nismo dr
http://community.ratsun.net/topic/21133-towinghaulingpayload/ I'm trying to find/remember, there was a thread that had dattos loaded with hay, couple years ago i think Quote Link to comment

My dad told me a story about how someone in north Georgia had a small bail roll down a hill into the path of their car and it killed them and totaled the car. That little Datsun is just truly kicking ass. Quote Link to comment
Jayden71
My '71 with 12 125 pound bales last summer. My buddy didn't think I could even get 10. I left my tool box in as well. I prolly could have put 3 more on with it out. Still had some suspension travel too. Quote Link to comment

elmerfudpucker
I wonder if the dual exhaust has anything to do with the list of mods....he might also have air shocks/bags on it. Quote Link to comment
.sunlover
some bags handle 2600 lbs apiece, then it's just up to the frame not to buckle right?, so...... uhhhh, do you think if he slammed on the brakes, it'd roll over him and keep going? it doesn't seem to be tied down. probably wouldn't help much anyway..... 1500 lbs, whew. ........damn, i'm morbid today.
