fivetenguy
Are there any tricks on removing a windshield without cutting the gasket? I need to remove the windshield on my 620 to paint it. The gasket is about 1 year old and still very flexible. Thanks Quote Link to comment

Creepy Cruiser
Just like like hang_510 said, and make sure you are doing it from the inside or the cab out Quote Link to comment
420n620
like to add that when pulling the ws with the rubber seal to spray some soapy water on the rubber, it will help slip the WS seal from the pinch weld.. GL and don't get in a hurry... Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
I start in an upper inside corner and pry the gasket down a foot along the top and start down the side while carefully pushing out with the palm of my hand. Go along the top and finish the side. Quote Link to comment
