white93yota
does anybody have any sound clips or video's with a 620 with a cherrybomb on it??? Quote Link to comment
nismo dr
I don't have any clips, but my 521 is running 2 1/4" pipe with a flowtech glass pack and it is LOUD, setting off car alarms loud. Quote Link to comment
metalmonkey47
Glasspack or chambered? not mine. Quote Link to comment
69FJWagon
Don't do it X2... run a super turbo muffler, cheap and sound good IMO I have one on our 521 and it sounds great Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
X2 just remember this: "noise, no matter what people say, is not power" Quote Link to comment
white93yota
i had a white 1992 honda accord ex-4dr with a 5-spd.i had a 2 1/4 magnaflow exhaust.it was real loud.it doesn't bother me at all.but i was curious on how loud they get??? Quote Link to comment
nismo dr
mines way too loud. it was $16. I think I'm going to get a supertrap from a buddy of mine Quote Link to comment
Farmer Joe
cherry bombs are super loud... trust me. i dont have a cherry bomb, but the homemade equivalent (repackable boomtube lol). when the fiberglass burns out it gets super fucking loud. the cherrybomb will do the same thing the more miles you put on it. i would suggest a turbo muffler or maybe a good quality aftermarket muffler. ive always wanted to get a smittybilt muffler for my truck. they look like a long skinny tractor muffler but they sound ohhhh sooo goooood! lol Quote Link to comment
white93yota
thanks!!! i'm getting another truck next year.all the imput was good too!!! Quote Link to comment
Radim
I've got straight pipe to a dumped tip after the 28" IIRC cherrybomb and it's still loud.... P.O. had cut the exhaust so atleast it's not THAT loud anymore. Quote Link to comment
datsun dreamer
I have a 18' glasspack w/2' tubing and it sounds great imo! I think it all depends on preference..if you like a old school sound and dont mind the loudness with some popping then its the way to go... Just a reminder...the smaller the glasspack the louder it will be, the longer the glasspack the deeper it will be.... Quote Link to comment
