skunk Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 Ok so heres the deal, this truck does need some work but not much. 1.has new head gasket, 2.the carb leaks gas, but it holds idle real well and starts right up with out pumping the hell out of the gass 3.its in need of new tie rods, its a bit of a work out to drive but i drove it from WA to eugene and that was befor i changed all the ball joints so its not that bad. 4. like ever datsun iv come across it needs some brake work, still stops just could stop better Heater works all the lights work, locks work. front window has a small crack but other then that all good glass. The tires on there now i just got put on, they were used but had good tread.i have the title (clean) good tags. there is no carpet in it now but it hade a 720 carpet in it when i got it i took out and never put back in, you can have it but its very very used. the worst of the rust on this truck is in the bed. the cab and the fron have very little rust, nothing that could not be fixed easy. the only bad spot of rust in the fron is were the hood hinge hooks to the truck, the hinge rusted tight and riped the hinge from the truck.the doors also have some rust on them, might be geting a new set of doors for it soon as well as a bed but yeah, not hard stuff to find eather way. NEED TO SELL ASAP OR ITS GOING TO THE SCRAPER, need to sell by end of month. 500 firm. needs to be towed home, or you can come fix it here and drive it home. exhaust leak, and trottle cable are only thing keeping it off road. look cup holders, comes with old school canopy, even if you dont want it lol. those are the old wheels, you can have them to 1 Link to comment
