It apparently was sold to someone in Dec. who is selling it here . Unlikely it's the thief who is selling it, .... but. Quote Link to comment

The owner has to use a puplic auction to sell the property and then can only keep how ever much is left owing, even then there are lots of legal hoops to jump through before getting to that point. I'm not going to get into it in detail, but I can assure you that this is not the case here. Quote Link to comment
