pucancakes Posted September 28, 2007 Report Share Posted September 28, 2007 well i guess this is my introduction. im more in favor to the older cars/trucks but the 520 body styling is the one ive really wanted for sometime. i wasnt able to have 2 rides at the same time back then but now its no problem. i picked up a 520 thats in decent condition to restore thing is, the j13 wont cut it for me here in CA. so my question is what options do i have? the previous owner was telling me to go lz22 w/ a single sidedraft. how much of a diff is it from lz24? i pretty much want something that can handle 70-80 on the fwy, fun to drive, and at least fuel efficient as todays minis (like my old tacoma) any help would be appreciated. thanks Quote Link to comment

Ive got a L20 out of a 77 truck and a 5speed out of a 82 280zx I get great gas mileage.. 27mpg'ish and 70 mph on the highway is no problem. and my engine is tired with a fair amount of blowby.. hope you enjoy the site..
