  1. Thanks guys! What I'm thinking is White tailgate with a Red rising sun, and sanding the Datsun letters clean so they rust across the rising sun  I know of one for you man  I'll get you a price. 15x10 -45 offset with a 6 inch lip :w00t: So those who saw my recent status, I broke my two sway bar mount bolts clean off and couldn't get them out. Rather then fucking with it and ruining something, I took it to a buddy at a restoration shop and payed him $25 and a pizza to do it right and clean  Specializes in 40's Fords and old shit. Bodywork and everything guy. Gonna do my floor pans, battery tray, and a lot more soon! He's also talked me into ditching the tractor enamel andhe's going to get me some 2 part Urethane and spray it for me in exchange for help at the shop. ^^^Broken... ^^^Fixed... ^^^OH and a GTR he's painting for Battleground Motorsports... ^^Patches is a love whore.
  2. Thanks for the input guys  All of it is noted, and I likely WILL be doing it! The pictures just generic ;) The guy offered me the manifold for $100 so I'm gonna go get it :ninja:
  3. They're priced great man. I'd buy them but some last minuet stuff has come up :poke:
  4. Dan, fly in and come chill with us  TWO DAYS. I may not be there though, broke some shit on the truck.. gonna try and get it done.
  5. On jack stands in the driveway :poke:
  6. Sooo would it be dumb to drive with one missing sway bar mount? Gotta go buy some some stuff to fix it and I don't have another car =/

Sounds like it is a frame mount, did you take a bolt out and now it won't go back in??

Run a tap into the threads, it will work justt like new after that.

I also did this once. You need to drill it out, then weld it up. And re drill it then tap it. totall ass pain and took about 5 hours.

I'm in the process of fixing mine...will be using a bolt to go thru the frame channel with a piece of alum. up top to keep from crushing the rail. Will be posting in my cars build thread. I'm without sway bar at the moment... :(

  8. Well, when it's finished it will be :D Its undergoing a L20et to L28et swap with all the goodies. I just need to stay on top of Alex about more pictures. I haven't seen this car in person yet or I'd have lots of pictures. I'll take a look first chance I get. I'm sure it's IRS and probably pretty close to the S130

  10. Sorry guys, Axle is a bum and his cars being worked on
  11. Member babalouie used some generic pipe fitting from the hardware store on his L28 in his Hakosuka to run some copper tube to his catch can. May want to look for his build and see what he used exactly.
  12. What flywheel? I drove an S13 with a Stage 1 Exedy and it chattered like hell. Of course, the flywheel wasn't stock..
  13. Go get one from NISSAN. Best 'stat I've ever owned.
  14. You're probably better off going to Home Depot and getting something from the plumbing section. I saw a thread somewhere where from someone that did the same thing.
  15. I've seen it done. A lot actually. And never seen anyone have an issue, in fact it seems like some of the fastest cars that I've seen Auto-X has had stretched tires. Nothing obnoxious like a 195/50 on a 10 inch wheel
  16. I actually think I have one of those if you want it.
  17. Sounds like a fuel issue. My 620 did the same thing the first time I hit interstate speeds. Turned out to be some garbage floating around in the carb. Sucked a piece into the jet.
  18. IMO, 205/60 would look okay and probably fit okay. I have my 15x10's with 205/60 on the rear, but it's too much stretch for me... gonna go with 225/50 soon. My 15x8's with a 205/60/15 would have cleared the fenders with a slight roll/pull. Very minimal

    fisting

Some douchebag ricers ran in to each other in my parking lot one day, and the stupid fucks proceeded to park next to my truck and lean on the bed like it was there for them to rest against. So I went outside and got in my truck without saying a word, and moved it across the parking lot while they were leaning on it. I can't stand people that do that shit. Unless it's an attractive woman posing for pictures
  20. Most swapped cars I've seen can run the original fuel lines unless you're making decent power. 1/4 fuel line will pump a sufficient volume of fuel for probably most stock motors that go into Datsuns. However, you can always go to the autoparts store and buy a roll of steel 3/8's or 5/16th's brake line for a good $25 and make new fuel lines.
  21. In that picture, it is a 15x10, but a 205/50/15. Anything smaller would be INSANE to run. I've stretched a 195 on an 8'' rim, but a 10'' is crazyyyy.
  22. True story. I lost a decent amount of mid range power on my L20B with my short tube header.
