Carb- Just tap into your water lines somewhere ;) When the coolant is cold, the choke is closed. When it's warm the choke opens. Drums- Go to a parts store and get a brake drum puller. They get really tough when they've been on for a while.

Fixed it!! The fuses were getting a bad connection at the box. Apparently, the headlights are fused through the turn signals. Kinda weird. I just wrapped the fuse in 800grit sand paper, and put the fuse in. Then twisted it and slid it back and forth and ta daaaa!!
