Just checked pump. Removed it and pumped it with hand and smelled back side and I'm pretty sure its not the pump thats the problem... and when the choke was the problem it was shutting all the way when hottest. But that's been fixed for a while

Scratch that line IS hooked up and seems to be in working order..

There isn't a return line because its a weber.. where does the return line go? Its in engine bay but not going anywhere? It just hooks to a metal line on front but dosnt go to Carb or intake...

My 620 w/l20b is getting fuel in oil.. I was having running rich issues due to sticky choke bad plug wires and miss timed distributer when I got it. Aftet getting fuel in oil the first time I fixed all that and gave it a tune up ...well I had more in there this morning. :( .... could my Weber just be in dire need of a rebuild? The fuel pump is brand new I didn't put it on there but its still shiny and gasket looks like it was just installed... its a gold cheap oreillys one.. the weber drips gas at idle. Down inside when u take the air filter off you can look down inside and see it... truck has good compression runs strongly and dosnt smoke or burn oil... please help me? :+(

Just put in a new to me used alternator from the junkyard it looks like a new referbd one. The wiring had been hacked up by previous owner and I don't trust that the exciter wires from the stock harness are still doing there jobs... I wanted to know how they work? do they run 12v constantly? Can I just run a couple wires from the fuse box. Power and ground wires are good and I assume volt reg is too

re edit it with some gay ass heavy metal... when your on youtube everyone has some horrible sounding heavy metal screamo music in the back ground and there music dosnt get there videos blocked... LOL

well shit, clutch is going out on me.. Getting one tomorrow and installing it.... uggghhh just what i was wanting to do right now.. Also got a stereo system for it, 2-6 in kick panel speakers polk audio brand, 2-infinity tweeters with crossovers, and 2 pioneer 6x9s got a new alternator yesterday, re ran my window squirter hoses with new line... new thermostat got a new grill new belt and i tested the titans on it but i fenders need rolled... heres a pic of that.... been working on this the past 2 days... and heres a photo from a car show...

like the idea of this thread but it needs more oics..

just stock 620 main leaf with stock 620 overload underneath...

no axel wrap, theres a overload on each side acting as a traction bar like on a hot rod...

axle is 2inches from the frame it hits with me standing in it and andy moving it up and down... front hits when i hit bumps as well

before... after so next steps.. Paint and body will go down in the next week or two. It will take him 3 days so I gotta figure out timing ... its my only car and daily driver.. meanwhile Im doing little things like maintenance and desmog and undercarriage cleaning and painting.. then after paint it gets 18in titans and interior done. outside is going that metallic green, and nuts, grill, wheels, interior, etc are going silver.... metal in cab, underhood, and in bed are getting line-x.... EDIT (plans change it went blue paint and 16inch centerlines instead)
