  7. Drive shaft is easy get the Tranny to flange of driveshaft mount on rearend measurement and take to a driveline shop and they will cut and balance for you. Radiator issue,there is so many things you can do its just finding the right radiator that will fit for cost effectiveness or spend money for a custom 1 to fit.

  13. I did not read all the back posts but i am pretty sure he is not doing them anymore.Glad i got one.
  14. So no video but good news drove the truck for the first time today,it pulls pretty damm good i just went up the back street and came back. The bad news is the alternator is arching so i think the new alternator is bad,the truck wont hold a charge so thats why the short trip.Also i blame myself and know 1 else i thought i torqued the crank pulley down and i sat there for in hour trying to remember if i did and i did not so its just started to go crooked.Now i might have to pull radiator again if i cant get in there to re torque the nut and also pull the alternator to get it fixed.I am not even mad any more for the mere fact that i thought it would have been worse. :thumbup:

So i can tell you by my green truck,that is a 72 model i think the rear is a 4.33 and it works really well,the red one on the other hand had the 1300 and it has i believe a 4.88 so if i keep it i will change it out.I think all the 1600 models came with the 4.33 or close to it,can some one validate or correct me please.
  16. Stock what,rear end and tranny,you will be fine,just what rear end you got stay higher it will just spin tires,your going turbo and i am not yet and i an easily light the tires up.

You got to smooth out the lifts you might say from it cracking up words and then bond in all the cracks,also you can find the 520 dash pad all the kids are using it's metal top and they paint,me I like the dash pad better,and get some leather and wrap that bad boy.
  19. Yea Clive it's a non turbo,and again moderate tune.NOS direct port is easy fix for more power or do what all the rich people are doing put a turbo.

  21. There 148 HP stock at the crank like a new ka24,give me time it's a start.
