Your on the right track with this truck. Just if you are going to paint it strip the fuckin thing why leave the metal dash in there and only take the pad out. Just pull it all apart and go for it, in the long run you will be much happier.

Smoothed out my old school valve cover. Going to add the vent at the back of the cover so it is not seen. And then Datrod is going to make a bitch'in billet cap instead of the crappy one they come with. And then off to powder coaters for what color i don't know yet.

Does any one know if the instrument cluster is pre wired for the tachometer.

so i just bought the NOS datsun Tach from here. Can any one tell me if its a plug and play or do i have to wire the whole thing up. Thank you
