I have one head bolt that won't come out! Looks like it's backed out all the way but it just keeps spinning. Won't separate from the head. WTF! Any suggestions?

Took the head off. It's stuck in the head :/ . What size chase is required for the head bolt holes?

the tap is m10 by 1.5 check the threads on the block you may have to put a new insert you can get the insert at any ace hardware do not use helicoil
to tap the hole for the insert use 9/16-12 tap they will help you with the drill and the tap about $20.0 for the drill tap and new insert need more help let me know you can make a tap guide to be sure the tap will go straight

Thanks for the info. The holes in the block are ok. I just want to use a chase to clean them out. The bolt was stuck in the head due to a buildup of crap on it. I got it out.
