  1. Here's some snaps of today, ran out of batteries.
  2. Hopefully I can bust something out on the 720 today

  3. Crank pulley cleaned up a bit Motor is starting to look good.
  4. Around here, I have only seen 1 driving and it was beat to hell. I could here how dead the suspension was from across the parking lot.
  5. Very interesting build. I loved my GS-t's motor.Stock 2g turbo maxed itself out pretty fast tho. didn't like that it couldn't turn left due to the suspension being biased toward RHD driving(3point U-turns suck). Saw a video awhile back of an FD rx7 throwing down 1000hp on a dyno with a 4G63. Sucks that you had a trashed bottom end. This looks like it will be an awesome ride.
  6. yeah, finding those was not as easy as I had hoped. ended up spending an hour at a hydraulics shop trying explain what I needed it for and how big it had to be. But they had them. but then finding an Allen key that big was annoying too. I think I ended up finding a huge torq bit.
  7. spray you car with a hose if its warm enough and see if you can replicate it.
  8. Wow, best looking 210 I have seen in the last couple years. Congrats.
  9. Here are some pics from the last year that I have.
  10. Here is the timing cover I found on ebay. Its so nice to have a shiny new piece with the head looking as good as it does. Old Water pump, as you can tell. owner didn't get the distilled water memo. More pictures of todays work later.
  11. I have been trying to get the motor together lately. I finally have tools and an Engine stand. Bushmaster got picked up by my friend who is probably going to eventually do some ford swap and solid axles. Here's a few pictures of the motor for the White truck. So I put the pathy motor in the white truck to find out it runs on 3 cylinders too, so now I am just putting the Original motor back in with a refreshed head.
  12. I will tell you alot of owners ignore lubricating the grease points on time. Bed rust is pretty common at the welded seam. If it runs it should be fun. If not, they aren't complicated at all. They heavily rely on their vacuum system so if the lines look cracked replace them all one by one. They are great trucks, have fun.
  13. Yeah, Finally Caught up and saw the videos. Very nice. Great job on both projects.
  14. I like your car so far, Keep it up.
  15. Yeah VG's are shaped stupid. I've always wanted a dime. I'm going to have to keep an eye on this project. The rear suspension looks like its coming together good.
  16. Wire wheel it and then prime and paint it what ever, or I guess use POR 15. Which makes a hard less porous surface over the metal so its harder for rust to attack it.
  17. Called every 280zx on craigslist. Guy just sold his car to a guy in NC and he had those wheels. So I'm still looking. 81 only? Thx.
  18. I have tracked down a flawless gold snowflake, now I need 3 more. Hoping someone has a few on here sitting on a shelf. I am interested in all snowflake colors and wheels, but Don't want if they are 200sx wheels.
  19. It looks awesome on those wheels. Keep up the good work.
  20. Just picked up my new looking z24 head.
