This is from the last time I tried to sell them but I'll need to double check and make sure this is correct but the offset on the rears (8in) are 0 and offset on the fronts (7) are 12 I believe, all I know is the rim has about 8" on both mounting points to the back of the rim.

properly adjusted drums are alright, should be fine for a cruiser. But with disc you pretty much can set it and forget it.

sounds like you have my luck.. every time I get pulled over something breaks... but I get no ticket.. in the last 6 months I've been pulled over 7 times for no apparent reason. Last time I had to argue with one about stepping out of the car, so he doesn't have to stand in the rain. I have no emergency brake and putting it in gear wont help in my vdub.
