    HSG130-010394 does that vin seem right? Can somone check it because im having no luck, and most vin checkers are asking for 17 characters rather then the old car 12 charecters

    Or carbon tracking lol, whichever sound better. I was pulling it out of my memory bank. Yeah thats the one I used. My s130 would bog down and have a real rough idle. And would take ages to get it to turn on. Mind you the only thing I had put was fresh gas and fix a couple gas lines from the filter. And a missing plug wire. And my cas isnt in the best condition if youve seen my thread lol. But you should give that a try what 72240z posted. And all I really did was step 4 and 6 off the write up.

    Why dont you go look up the write up for the carbon trail on the afm. I was having idling issues with mine, then I did the steps to move the carbon trail, (very easy). The car actually started right up on the first turn of the key. As they get old the trail wears out on the same spot, so you have some room to play with it, and can lower it.

    Yeah fame rails are over rated anyways. I would say rust is more like a datsun/nissan thing. z31's are terrible at it also.

    Lol tell me about it, yours seems to be worse as its advanced up to the rear floor. Mine hasnt really gone thru yet. Lol thats what I said. Yeah it really is. Im not sure if i should do restore or be a man and go all out and custom racekor on it.

    Anyone have experience with the Tokico HP shocks? I wanna buy some for my Z

      which z? I prefer the illuminas. But they only make them for the front on the 280zx, not sure about the z31.

      Well I would love to have the illuminas also cause I hear good things about them. But they are a bit too pricey for me right now. Yeah MSA sells them online for the z31.

    Still available, I may do a draw to give away one of the smaller lights, Just so I can get another ratsuner to give some feedback, so others can get an idea of the quality and how they are. Ill repost with more details if I do so.

    It seems like they are plastic also. Kinda hard to tell, but they are very durable.
