$12 for a damn burrito?!
I was going to bring Stanley but I was sick :( Thanks for posting pics. Didn't look like there were too many older cars. New cars are boring.
I'm still debating if I want to enter or not but I may just make the drive down there regardless. I got another week to procrastinate :) Some of us have to work on Fridays.
Went to check out the '81 210 at the LKQ in Wilmington yesterday and it was a big ole disappointment. The car was there but half missing. Literally half missing. The entire front had been cut off. The inside was a wreck so no cool gems to be had.
Stanley and I took my mom to run errands around town. We found ourselves in Brentwood where he received many props and onlookers. Then we had lunch. Look how tiny he is to the other cars! And yes, I parked far away like they had cooties on purpose.
Usually these car shows are open to anyone at the Petersen. There's always some chuckleheads that bring some car that has nothing to do with the particular cruise in. An Alpha Romeo showed up but didn't stay long. Figured out no one gave a shit I guess. There was a Mustang and a couple other something or anothers. Obviously I didn't give a shit. Those two cars in the last pic though I dug. Love those old cars. The one on the left was a Ford. Someone mentioned the year but I forgot. 1936 I think. Don't know what the one on the right was.
And you're welcome on the pics. I know what pic whores we all are :)
Today we went to the BRE reunion at the Petersen Auto Museum. The museum is a big ole disappointment now. And the outside is hideous! Shouldn't have remodeled.
