  1. Um, yeah Stanley has a radio, OEM, and I have it wired to plug in my iPod. I still have teeny tiny shitty speakers tho :)
  2. I wonder if they're anything like bulls balls. I will have to speak to my hillbilly side of the family :)
  3. Have you never gone to Nissan Jam? I'll always be at that show. I think I should try and go to JCCS this year.
  4. I'm mulatto. Never had no identity crisis. Didn't give a shit if I fit in and honestly who wants to. I like the fact that I'm mixed. It made me different and I pride myself on not conforming to who or what anyone thinks I should be. I'm pretty fucking fantastic and I look good. How's that for some self esteem. Love yourself. Everyone else can suck donkey balls.
  5. Er my 210 has an auto transmission
  6. Right on home skillet. I think I just might go. Gotta do it at least once right?
  7. Thanks homie. I was just wondering if it was a case like stacked parking at the bowl (just the circumstance not that it's stacked) and it takes you forever and a day to get out. Not all shows are very well put together but I imagine this one is. Same folks as Nissan Jam right? Some other shows I've been to (and will never go again) were very disorganized and it seemed to take longer getting in than the car show lasted. I always thought this was on a Sunday for some reason so that's why I had to ask.
  8. Oh, I did have a question for anyone that's gone before cause I'm seriously considering taking Stanley this year although I feel even he won't be good enough with all their conditions :hmm: How chaotic is it getting in and out of the place? Does it take forever to be able to leave when the show's over?
  9. So what dang day is it? Why isn't it listed on the location/time link on the JCCS page? On the JCCS website the flyer says this (when I finally freaking found it): And then on the Japanese Nostalgic Car website the text says one thing and the flyer says another. WTF! Someone get it together please :sneaky:
  10. Personally I wish there was a straight up 210 category. No mods but I have spent the last 4 years hunting down missing pieces and parts because I wanted to bring him to as near showroom quality as I could. He's been painted, tranny and carb rebuilt, new upholstery, new shocks and struts which were desperately needed. One day I'd like to have the entire car painted inside and out but that's a ways in the future. Rims and wheel caps from the boneyard, dash assembly (uncracked) from the boneyard but purchased from a fellow ratsuner, aftermarket taillights (they're starting to make a lot of 210 pieces in the orient), I moulded a fairly pristine 1/4 panel emblem I found at a boneyard and made some castings, recently found NOS signal lenses, NOS grille, NOS grille emblem, NOS front bumper strip, NOS steering wheel emblem, NOS shift knob (I have an auto), NOS stereo which was rewired so it would be iPod accessible, found a gas door clip at the boneyard and made a mould and castings from it, new door switches, found a clock and had it fixed. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff but he's looking better all the time.
  11. And if you're looking at the LKQ site don't forget to do a search on Datsun and Nissan cause sometimes they mislabel the older Datsuns under Nissan. Generally I put in the search DAT and see what comes up and then I try NIS. They also have a habit of either spelling wrong or getting model numbers wrong so you're better off doing a general search. It's nice they're putting up pictures now cause then you can see if they've mislabeled the car or not. There's an '81 Z in Wilmington, a '79 280ZX in Rialto, an '80 200SX in Santa Fe Springs (I'm not that familiar with the look of those so I'm going by what it says on the site), an '84 300ZX in Sun Valley, an '81 280ZX and an '85 300ZX in Wilmington, an '82 pickup (I'm not good determining model numbers on '80s trucks) and an '81 280ZX in Riverside. I didn't look in all cities just the ones closer to me. Don't get discouraged kids. The cars will come.
  12. LKQ bought up all the Ecology lots around here. There's still Datuns but they come in waves. It's always been feast or famine at those lots. There's a few scattered Zs and a couple of trucks but not much else. Zs and trucks are always in the yards. The more obscure cars like the 210, B210, 610, 710, etc are rare especially the last three. There were quite a few 200SXs for awhile but nothing lately. They still get Datsuns you just have to be patient for them to show up.
  13. I saw the whole thing. I thought that fool was going to hit the white car next to it. Dumbass!
  14. Thanks Ray! Always good seeing you, John and Brian when I catch up to him. I like the Nissan Jam shows. Very well put together. Now that DJ they had needs to get some other records. I was getting sick of Michael Jackson.
  15. Congrats to Brian who took 1st place! My Stanley took 2nd. As always, great to see the usual suspects and meet new peeps. Here's the pics ya'll!
  16. To Nissan Jam where Stanley took 2nd place.
  17. I'll be there! I don't think I can make JCCS in 2916 though. Doubt I'll still be alive. Stanley will probably still be running :)
