It should look different. The 70 radio sits flush where the 69 is indented. I have a 70 plate in my 69 so you can see into the dash along the sides.

There were never any speaker holes. There is a single speaker under the glovebox to run mono AM and then AM/FM later. Would you be willing to snap a closer picture of the piece?

The gear selector on the trans itself is on the opposite side. There is a linkage that goes from the drivers side to the the passenger side inside the trans tunnel.

If Im going to buy a 521, I have my eye on a certain one. Just playing the waiting game... Id like for it to stay with the current owner, but life happens. So if that goes that way, I want to be able to give it a good home. Decent condition, good price, color I want, and helping out a friend. B) Until then Ill just keep plugging along and hope I can get the Dime going. Friday is the day Im told so we shall see. I think with all the people in the garage, one of us can get it going haha.

I do have a local guy that will print single sweatshirts. Hes pretty pricey though... I would have to charge something like $55 + shipping on anything through him for it to be worth it. I dont want to charge that. Im not here to make a ton of money, but I cant go in the red either. If there are some one off designs or something in a really small quantity, I could do it... but youd be paying for it. I personally wouldnt, but you guys might want them that bad. I can keep shopping around to find a decent place that can do smaller orders for a reasonable rate. I dont want to exclude any of the model guys and I know some Datsuns dont get a lot of love. If possible, Ill do what I can to make everyone happy.

Eventually Ill pick up a second vehicle. I have the cash now, but the right one just hasnt fallen in my lap yet. Once that happens larger projects can happen and I wont run into this issue anymore. I knew something like this couple happen, but just didnt think it would be like three weeks. Oh well, live and learn. Just means I need another Datsun in my life no matter what the girlfriend says.

Maybe if he took a shower more than once a month... its hard to be friends with someone who constantly smells like cabbage and old Dr. Scholls pads.
