To you. I think it looks wonderful. I would have liked to see some other LB interior upgrades like Ive seen on their other builds though. Right now its a full body kit, special 3pc wheels, all new exhaust and a new exhaust panel.
Theyre sold out of indoor, but may have outdoor spots... they also mentioned they may have some indoors available day of if the fire marshall gives them the go ahead. Its a big drive for you for a "maybe" spot though I guess.
I followed the link Klassic posted up and here is what their diagrams have:
Blue circle is the pipe were talking about
Green line is the hose that is missing from that capped pipe
Red circle is where the green line ends
Red oval lists it as a PCV
All that shit was missing on mine so I cant say first hand where everything goes... just know thats what the manual says.
I know normally... thats how mine is set up. I was pretty certain that when I looked it up months ago (when the cap blew off the same exact pipe), I was able to trace the hoses to a PCV valve. Let me retrace my steps and see what I can come up with.
I had the same exact exhaust leak... the cap finally blew off mine and I just said fuck it. Luckily Im in a no smog area with a car 25+. Hopefully you get it sorted out.
Yeah the owner sent me a PM asking about the grille as I imagine he noticed us ragging on it here. He shot me a picture and a picture of the car it came on and I told him how to verify that its a genuine piece. He says it matches my description. Plans on refinishing it and selling it since its not his cup of tea.
The guy that owns it now bought it with a car where the PO sprayed everything white: bumpers, plastic GL grille, GL taillights, licence plate lights... everything
Current owner plans on refinishing it.
Luckily it's almost complete. Only have to do one or two things.
I'll miss out on a couple things though. Oh well, the priority is just me driving there.
So this happened...
JK it was just mocked up... those are Tylers :(
Here is how it sits right now. Koyo hard mounted, non-smog manifold on, Offenhauser intake with 32/36 on. Relocated the coil to clean it up a bit. Still need to do a bit more rerouting. Still need some detail bolts and such.
Still working...
Thanks to Hooligan for hooking me up with a set of manifold studs
Email has been sent to Melissa his wife on acquiring some sort of parts list as well as a PayPal address for those that want to donate directly. Just waiting for a reply... will keep every updated.
