All joking aside, Ive been thinking about getting a new radiator, but havent figured out which I want to run. Im going to be doing either a Honda half radiator or one of the Chase Bays hidden radiators. We shall see.

Joking man. I almost had the same issue yesterday changing a rim... I was on an incline and it almost rolled off the jackstand. Luckily the parking break was on so it didnt roll far.

So its your fault I blew a tire! :mad: JK, I shouldnt have been running them that long. Ive looked a few times at the rear and didnt realize they were that bad. With a 185 on it, the 8s should fit fine. I might have a roll a little bit more, but I should be able to fit it.

Lol yes... apparently it was just the tires time to go :bye: I knew they were pretty bad, but didnt suspect anything like that happening for a bit. Otherwise I would have focused on getting tires forever ago. Oh well, live and learn. Ive seen the fronts and they are pretty bad so Im going to try and get tires Wednesday for them. So Ive had a day to drive on them and they are fantastic. They arent some super performance tire, but I can tell that the ride quality in the rear is 100% better. More traction, less bottoming out on the tire, no rubbing... the only down side is that Im no longer as low as I was. Oh well, it drives nice so Ill take it.

Lol I live right up the way from you and work in Lakewood so I know the drill. It can get warm, but Ive never needed anything more than a rolled down window. Now in the house is another story. I cant take enough clothes off to get cooler it seems.

No the sunroof was installed in 1972 lol... I can install sunroofs though, its a very easy process.

Yeah, Im rocking the 190* and its been doing great. I really dont pay attention to the position of the gauge (about 3/4) for temperature. I really could not care less... What I look for is consistency. Its a 40yr old gauge, who knows what temp its actually reading. I just make sure that its in the same spot while I drive.

Good call. Ill bring some rain gear... Im probably bringing a canopy as well to rock some shade if its sunny or as a rain break if its shitty out.

Oh, and contrary to what I posted earlier, my tire was NOT rubbing on my shocks. I got underneath the car when I was changing my rear tires and the wheel is nowhere near it. Im guessing the rubber scuff marks are from when the tire blew and was shoved into my wheel well.

Well, I bought new tires today. I didnt have enough money for 4 tires (I get paid on Wednesday) and the place I was getting tires would put a 185 on an 8in rim, so I got new tires for the fronts. Until I can get a set of tires for the rears, my fronts will be on the back. Not really my plan but, its better than running one 19in tall tires and one 24" tire borrowed from Goonfan. At least they are the same now... plus this gives me an opportunity to see what the color looks like on the car. I love it. I didnt even notice, but the girlfriend did... turns out the rim color is exactly the same as my Jun PNW-S sticker. Anyway, cant wait to get rubber for the other rims so that I can run all four new rims. Im picking up a full set of new lugnuts tomorrow as I havent received the replacements I order a few weeks ago. Im thinking green! Ill get better pictures once I get all four rims mounted. It was practically dark by the time I got home and changed two tires.
