  2. For sure... that was my plan for awhile, but I coudlnt give up my love for SSRs. Check out Rat-a-tat-tats thread. Hes rocking a super clean 69 dr. lowered on caps. Looks awesome in person.

  4. Fuck I forgot you had floormats... where do you work in Seattle? Im there twice a week for school. Im going to be tearing into the car to fix a bunch of electrical/mechanical things here soon. Waiting on my school check to show up. Then Ill be a meet attending fiend. Ive got so much free time as a full time student now.
  5. I was only razzing you Jenn... I keep my phone on so that when people need to text me (like you did) they can, I had no real problem with it. Only reason I didnt get down there was because I couldnt physically get down there, not because you woke me up. I would have still gone down there tired. You just woke me up so I decided to get tacos and the car wouldnt start. Thats all there was to it.

  7. Electrical shenanigans it seems. What do you want for the harness? If the price was right, Id love to snag it and sort it out for a wire tuck and reconditioning.

  9. No it wasnt fully dead... I killed it a bit cranking it over so much (and from sitting a bit it seems), but I threw it on the charger. I replaced a couple iffy fuses, some frayed looking wire, all battery cables (I only had one new positive though, but the others are known good pieces), and cleaned the posts. Ive now got the car started but running poorly. I think Im going to have to adjust the carb some. Seems its giving out on me. Its hard to troubleshoot when its multiple issues giving a mixture of symptoms. I think Im in the final stages of getting it back to driving.

    The coupe was marketed as such only for the 210/B310... the coupe was marketed as a hatchback with the B210 so you drive a hatchback. The hatchback version of the 210/B310 was the wagon or Sunny California in Japan.
  11. As nice as that is, those flares arent me. They just dont flow well... I think I had seem some slightly wider flares on a BMW that I liked. They were just the stock fenders but looked like you could weld in the edges to make them work. Looked closer to stock, just wider.

  16. So you dynod it before the install and after the install? Looking at the website for that cam, 316° seems like a lot but maybe thats because Im just new to Datsuns and theyre OK with that. Ive never used anything larger than a 290° and that was a very high HP Evo.
  17. Im multitasking. Im working on the electrical and I have someone doing the airbox for me... I cant weld so its always been a plan to have someone else do it. Id like to make a brand new harness if I could. Ill have a spare dash harness that I might start with and then go from there.

    The b210 was produced until 1978 (except in SA where they were manufactured into 1980 I think)... after that it was just the 210 (b310)

  20. Theyre all under 25yrs old... I doubt they were imported in. I could see some swaps done though.
  21. Exactly. The benefits to a cam profile change isnt always just a direct increase in power. Could be a smoother power band, could be higher horsepower only in the low range, only the high range, could just be mostly torque increase... without a dyno you cant really tell unless its blatantly obvious.
  22. How do you know its not producing anymore power? Did you dyno the car before and after the install?
