Then you for sure have a ground somewhere. I would look at all the items that you recently replaced. Something may have come loose or it may be wiring up incorrectly. Id look at all the fuses and that fusible link first.

You said you let it sit for two weeks... maybe the battery is dead. If you had to replace a bunch of messed up wiring after a theft, I bet you have a power drain somewhere. Hook your car up to a charger or swap in the battery from your daily and see if it cranks over. If it does, you have a draw that is killing your battery when you let it sit.

For struts, all bolt in if you swap around the top hats and springs in most cases. The one added benefit of the 280ZX brakes is the decreased width which allows you to run an additional -19 offset that you couldnt before. ZX struts are the only ones that do that... rest are close to stock or even more positive offset.

Yes you can run Wilwoods. You can also run J30/M30 brakes or even S12 brakes and then swap over to Z32 rotors and calipers. That should give you a couple options for European cars.

Oh so youre going that route? Having filled out plenty of power of attorney forms, make sure that you limit what power you give your mom. I know shes your mom and all, but still... its your car. Also, make sure that you revoke privileges as soon as possible as well. Ive probably done power of attorney near 20 times.

Will Illinois allow you to do that? Some states require the owner to be present for registration and title transfer. Make sure your mom doesnt waste her time standing in line...
