Description

Hi all. I am looking for a project 620, 521 or maybe even a 520 in the PNW, preferably Washington but would be open to OR or BC. Hoping for running and/or mostly complete but flexible. Not worried if the paint and body are a little rough as long as it's cancer-free and not beyond repair with some reasonable body work. I would be doing a full teardown and paint job on it regardless. Looking to keep budget under $1000 if possible but could bend a bit depending on overall condition/running state. Thanks!

I know, it's low. I'm not afraid to put some serious work in to it, mechanically and body wise. I've been drooling over one in the classifieds here for $1200 in Lynnwood but dude isn't writing me back.

The reasons I am keeping budget low are to keep the wife happy and because I know I am going to want to do a complete paint job in and out, and eventually I think I'll want to KA swap it and do coils. I don't want to pay for and chop up a real nice specimen. I'd rather bring one back from the brink. Plus I am going to learn a lot more by having to dig into it. "Built not bought" and all that egotistical nonsense, LOL.

Cool,, if nothing else you should take a trip down to Fucking Teds to see his truck parts ,, cuz if your buying , he can literally sell you every part .

I looked up that $1200. One on here you mentioned ,,  that seems like a decent start also .

I definitely would check Ted's place out. 

 

The $1200 one has no real post count and isn't responding. It looks like it was posted back in February. I'm guessing it was either sold elsewhere and the owner doesn't check here or they just don't think to because they're not an active member. Either way I'm not holding my breath that I'll hear from him.
