521 Motor Mounts

Do you know what the ones look like that you want?

I would say you can easily make it work but it is not the same, the coil is on the passenger side near the fuse block on the early 521 with a J block, while the coil is near the left headlights in the L block wiring harness.

I actually have a L block wiring harness that I pulled from a truck, but I have no idea if it is in good shape, but it looked good enough for me to save, if your interested I could likely take it out of the box and take photos of it.

I use 1980 Datsun 720 wiring harnesses in my gas engine builds in my 520/521 trucks, but it is not something I would suggest doing for a beginner, it took me quite a while to learn everything I needed to learn, my 521 work truck was the latest one I did and it has all the 720 options, but it took years to figure it all out because of the 521 instrument cluster, it can be done with the stock steering column, but you need to find the right harness because the combination switch has to fit your stock column.
