Easier?? no way

You're basically asking if you can weld a cab and bed onto a frame that is wider, thicker, and longer. Same as with any newer truck.

It is not even close to a bolt-in opperation if that's what you're wondering.

Might as well be a toyota Tacoma or Nissan Frontier frame.

Has anyone swapped a 620 cab and box on to a hardbody frame? would it be possible?

any info would be great.

Find a D-21 and use a tape to measure it.

ALL 620 cab mounts are the same.

The distance side to side between the front two under the rad support is 33.14". The next two back (side to side) more or less under your feet is 47.64". The two behind the seats (side to side) is 48.03". The distance from the front (rad) to the next mount (under feet) is 42.72". From that one to the one behind the seat is 37.11"

The distance from side to side between ALL 4 pairs of box mounts is 42.52". My fingers are tired but I have the spacing for the box mounts front to back if you need them. If the measurements on the D-21 are within an inch you could make it work.
