logins to change to email instead of display name

Take note of what email you're using to log into your account. The makers of this forum software are deprecating the ability to login by display name, and will require logins via email in the future.

That's an a awful decision by them.

I believe this is only for login and password.

 

Once you log in using email/password info, your forum use should still display your user name to everyone.

NZ car forum i'm on uses this same setup and they changed a couple years back now.

It Didn't change shit other than log in.

 

only thing was i dropped phone into dog bowl and had to remember what email i used when i got new phone cuz i was always logged in on phone.  And yes it's a large ass water bowl.
