No idea. Have you any idea how many different after market side view mirrors were made? Then there are the bewildering array of  production automotive factory mirrors. I've seen the 620 side mirror and it has a unique shape just like the headlight trim ring. Most 620s got something that was handy put on at the dealership.

Roberk after market, Looks just like the factory [or dealer] unit. why replaced? Corrosion of plating and mirror silvering deterioration.  The Roberk doesn't fade and so far [45 years] hasn't corroded, I replaced the factory unit with a Roberk. same look and even installs on the factory door mount.  Has a "better" feature in that securing the view angle is set  with a screw in front of the unit, you don't have to remove the mirror assembly to access the lock screw which is under the skirt of the mirror assembly and inaccessible when installed on the door, P.S. the factory units are round on very early models not rectangular.  So are the Roberks. Find Roberks in any auto parts store.
