Well they were sold to me as 521 split bumpers and they did not work on 521 split bumper brackets, I also had 520 split bumper mount brackets that did not work either, I have never had 620 split bumper mount brackets.

 

I make my own mount brackets now for obvious reasons although it might not be obvious to you, different frame.

The brackets I made were simple, they would not stop anything except maybe a shopping cart, but they have been on my 520 for at least 10 years, I believe I used an "L" shaped bracket made with 1.5" angle iron and used shock rubber between the brackets and bumpers, I mounted them as high as I could as I thought they looked better than having a lot of air between the bumper and taillight.
