datzenmike Posted July 29, 2021 Report Share Posted July 29, 2021 It's gear reduction so don't twist the arm. If it has plastic gears they will probably strip. Take it apart and see if you can twist the motor armature itself. May just be the brushes corroded onto the contacts. Got nothing to loose at this point. Quote Link to comment

yenpit Posted August 2, 2021 Report Share Posted August 2, 2021 The late 240Z & 260Z should have a relay mounted to the wiper motor. Open that up to clean. Sometimes the wiper wheelboxes (pivots) seize up.....have you tried to rotate those.........move the linkage? Quote Link to comment
