A guy named Rick
I picked up another carburetor from a running 720 pickup that had been wrecked. The guy I bought it from had it sitting like 5 years. The mixture solenoid in it is for a 1.6L nissan sentra when looking up the part number on it GV113-27. Will this solenoid still work on my 2.4L 720?? Hopefully @datzenmike will chime in. Edited March 15, 2021 by A guy named Rick 1 Quote Link to comment

A guy named Rick
Great... well, if I used it, do you think it would run ok? Supposedly it was from a running truck 🤔 1 Quote Link to comment
A guy named Rick
Just asking since my carburetor is apart in a bunch of pieces ready to go back together.. don't want to go through all that trouble for it to not work 1 Quote Link to comment

A guy named Rick
Alright. I'll let you know how it goes. BTW, for reasons unknown, it looks like the part above it was drilled out... in the pic, the top one is mine, the bottom one is the one I bought. You can see the hole I'm talking about. Also, since mine is an 86, the MC solenoid is taller with the 2 holes vs 84-85. I think between the sentra and the 720 solenoids, it just looks like the angle of the hole at the top. Might be why they drilled the top out. 1 Quote Link to comment
A guy named Rick
I mean who knows, maybe it'll work in my favor where it's drivable, but lean, and helps me pass smog 😄 2 Quote Link to comment
