datzenmike
Those are just replaceable shock absorbers, not a strut. A shock absorber does not raise the ride height. To raise the rear while the shocks are removed raise the body and the axle will droop. You should be able to slip a rubber ring or doughnut under the rear coils for them to sit on. If it rides too stiff and you select a softer spring it might settle lower and depending on the new coil length it might actually sit higher. If it sits lower than you want you could compress the spring and add rubber ring spacers to lift it to where you want. If the rate is around 200 I would just live with it and try to get used to it. Lowering has to involve some amount of increased stiffness to avoid bottoming on bumps. RR tracks etc. On 3/11/2021 at 11:10 AM, datzenmike said: Perhaps a picture of one of them???? While the wheel is off. Caliper and rotor too if you can. Hi sorry this is so delayed but I finally got my car onto a lift and was able to snap some pics (sorry for bad angles). I bought T3 coil overs for the front however I’m not sure what to do with the rear. Could I just put in some new springs and call it a day or do I need to replace shocks as well?
