moparvwfreak Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 ok this happened yesterday and today. i hit the light switch and all but my headlights came on. hti the switch a few more times and nothing, tried the high beams and still nothing. then they came on all by them selves. factory relay issue??? should i do a better relay setup now? i will if i have to but don't want to deal with it if not. any suggestions??? Cuts metal like mad Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 sounds like the switch to me... the switch that was in my 620 when I bought it was bad... it would turn on most of the time, but goin down the road it would randomly shut off and on, also the whole shaft would pull out if turned... I grabbed another one from the yard and never had another issue with it. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 I have taken them apart. If you pry the tabs open you can get at it. Mine was all green coper sulphate and grit. Cleaned with steel wool and a dab of grease like a battery terminal. Quote Link to comment
