Your plan is to use a volt meter to 'read' an O2 sensor to tune a carb???  I think the Z24 would use an old style sensor that just changes it's resistance so it will read rich or lean only. This would be like driving a car at a steady speed by only having no throttle, or full throttle to use. Newer ones were called wide band and produce an output from 0.1 to 0.9 volts with 0.45 being stociometric.
