datzenmike Posted November 3, 2008 Report Share Posted November 3, 2008 Don't do it. I had the ball break off the pedal end and tried everything to attach it. It will not solder properly and you can't trust it to not break in traffic. Go to motorcycle shop and have them look at it. A buddy used to have the proper crimping tools to make custom throttle and hand brake cables for bikes. He was very good and it paid well. Quote Link to comment
