datzenmike
The sway bar was dropped for the '78 and '79 trucks. My '78 did not have it so I just used one from an earlier year. Even the threaded mounting holes were still there on the frame. I'm saying any '73-'77 will have one. Minot, drove through there several times. You are not in mini truck country. 1 Quote Link to comment
FrankRizzo
Futofab has Bars. It lists the rear fitting thru year '81. You're outta luck on the front tho. http://www.futofab.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=39&Itemid=125 Quote Link to comment
Rick-rat
I got a stock one from the front off an earlier model to put on my 79 620. As DM said mounting holes are on the frame already Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Holes were threaded and best of all...... it fits! After market, they tend to make them thicker as who want's to replace theirs with the same size??? If you don't have one, getting a stock one will be a huge improvement. Quote Link to comment

Where's the threaded holes at? I only see a hole but it wasn't threaded. I added an earlier model swaybar to my 78 The end links fit with 4 bushings anyway Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Look on both frame rails. There are pairs of holes but weld nuts up inside inside. Quote Link to comment
