Rear lights wiring

First time post I bought some new rear light housing for my 73 620 and my existing wiring is cut after gas tank so I have 5 wires and don't know where they go any help wilould be appreciated.

This section is "How to do it" as in this is how I did it, not "How can I do it".

Black.......................... ground

 

Green/Blue stripe....... side marker lamps, license lamp, tail lights. All on with headlights.

 

Red/Black................... reverse lamps

 

Light Green/Black........ right side stop and turn signal

Light Green/Red.......... left side stop and turn signal
