has anyone started making engine mounts for the conversion of fuel injected motors to the 720?

The later 720 and the D-21 Hardbody both had Z24i EFI engines. No changes needed.

 

The KA24E and KA24DE have been successfully swapped into the 720.

i am going to use an engine out of a 1995 nissan pickup.ka24e

Technically, yes they bolt up.  But they do so at the wrong angle, the relation of the engine mount to the frame angle is different between the two.  The D21 has a steeper angle on the frame than the 720.

 

If the original KA mounts are used they cause the 720 isolators to bind up in an extreme preloaded condition.

 

You can modify the angle of the KA mounts to match the NAPz and not have the binding issue.

i simply want to put that ka24e engine from the 1995 nissan pickup in my 1984 720.just thought it might be someone out there making the mounts.to make just a drop in without any complications.
