My 280ZX Turbo Project

Yo everyone, what's up! My name is Tate, I'm 16 years old, and I live in So-Cal. Just got my first car, a 1983 280ZX Turbo! Found it on craigslist about 3 months ago, Odo reads 73,000. Might be rollover but there aren't a lot of signs pointing too it. It's pushing 206 HP with an HKS BOV, 12 PSi on the turbo, CUSCO Rear Strut Bar, AEM Meth/water injection kit, running on Epsilon wheels, straight piped and racecar'd out in the interior. This is my project! She needs a lot of work but I love it. I would like to get it up to 300ish Horses soon. I also want to throw on some ZG Fender Flares so if you guys have any knowledge or advice on those please let me know. This is my only car, and my daily too obviously, so I want it to be a street machine. As of now, current problems I've experienced with her are these: Small amounts of oil seeping from under the valve cover, digital instrument cluster isn't displaying tach, speedo, temp and fuel gauge, and that's pretty much it AS OF NOW. I want to know my car inside and out and I want input on what I should do to my car, externally, internally, performance, everything. I'm knowledgeable about cars and how they work, but theres always more to learn. Thanks for listening guys! GIMME YOUR IDEAS!

if its wheel its close to right thats true. If its engine its way low. 15psi is about 260hp at the flywheel normally (stock head/cam). 

I'm porting my head I hope to make 300 at that psi.
