metalmonkey47
Hey guys, anyone know of an alternate clutch master that will fit the 620 properly??I got my LZ in, running, broken in, and stepped on the clutch. NOTHING. Bled it, lost all of the pedal. Opened the bleeder all the way and pumped it, and there's barly any fluid coming out. I got the itch now and it's driving me crazy! 1 Quote Link to comment
Dawa
are you sure its not the slave? thats what usually goes first, because its more exposed/etc or at least thats what ive read either way, the tried and true rockauto if i were to replace my master id go with BECK/ARNLEY Part # 0726521 {#30610B8001} oh nvm just noticed exedy EXEDY Part # MC165 (Only 13 Remaining) exedy first, beck arnley 2nd both $18 and some change, both quality companies. kgrantkey
Does anybody make rebuild kits anymore? I've got more time than money and there insn't much to wear out but the rubber......or a spring. Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
For the spring I would go to an Ace or TruValue hardware store, look for an old guy with an apron and granny glasses. Show him the remains, he will almost positively lead you to the parts drawer and pull out a spring of the right diameter, length and spring rate. Hell, he might even show you the right cup washer! Dawa
oh i guess it is the master, then! rock auto has rebuild kits. they should be universal but for the best bet i would think you would want to match manufacturers. but a new one is so cheap, you might as well go with the entire thing Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
I would buy 2 masters and 2 slaves while your at it. Dawa said 18$ for the slave thats cheap esp when you on the side of the road. But One can drive a manula home pretty Ez with the old 4 spped trans. Just start in first give it gas let off and shift gently on to the next gear. 1 Quote Link to comment
