I went 16x60 and then took the xenon lip off, set it on cardboard and used a 4inch circle with a hole in the middle to mark 2 inches out. I then cut the plastic from the template and tapered the sides myself to meet the flares and cut it with a zig saw... A little sanding on the edge to get imperfections and done. I used aluminum that I bent up to reinforce the middle by mounting them where horns used to be. Support rods are called spoiler supports from lonacre racing. They are much cheaper than the APR rods. On the bright side the front clip is going to california and the rear is going to Canada. so no matter what my z will never die..... Completely. and i did drive it. and Alex and jay welcome to the depressing game of watching your car leave with out you haha you sold out of the datsun life for a corolla which is going to cost you more in the long run...take it from a previous 77 corolla owner...they are nice but they are a bitch to keep up/build with out a 10 digit bank account. but its cool see you back here when you grow up.
